Leasing Professional – Dual Site

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage leasing, marketing and renewal activities for two communities at Creekside in Highlands Ranch. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective prospect engagement and lease administration.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to address any issues and guarantee move‑in ready condition.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit standards and uphold company policies on concessions and specials.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented approach to lease documentation and unit inspections.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook and email platforms.
• Knowledge of credit screening and background check processes.
