Leasing Professional – Drive Community Success

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Encore Motif community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing experience and fostering long‑term resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and prepare move‑in packages.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and maintain resident data.
