Leasing Professional – Downtown Los Angeles

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to support its downtown Los Angeles community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings, and run criminal background checks.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout lease terms and secure lease renewals.
• Ensure weekend availability to meet resident and prospect needs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably with knowledge of LACDA and affordable housing programs.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
