Leasing Professional – Dalian Monterrey Village

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Dalian Monterrey Village community, driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move‑in.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to ensure move‑in ready condition.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in applications, credit checks and lease documentation.
• Proactive attitude toward market research and community promotion.
• Team player who collaborates with maintenance and management staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
