Leasing Professional – Community Marketing & Retention

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and focuses on delivering a seamless leasing experience from prospect contact through move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring smooth lease signing and resident move‑in.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready, and schedule any necessary preparations.
• Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and work to secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing, sales, or property‑management activities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate clearly with prospects and residents.
• Attention to detail for application processing and apartment inspections.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced residential environment.
