Leasing Professional – Community at City Centre

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for its Domain at City Centre community. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining high resident satisfaction to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordinate concessions or specials as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Attention to detail for unit inspections, lease preparation, and data entry.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adapt marketing strategies.
• Effective communication skills for tours, negotiations, and resident interactions.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of credit screening and background check processes.
