About the role
The Leasing Professional will support the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue and resident retention objectives. Working directly with prospective and current residents, the role ensures a smooth leasing process from first contact through move‑in and lease renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth resident move‑ins and lease signings.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in and ensure they are in move‑in ready condition.
- Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Provide ongoing resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
