Leasing Professional – Central Townhomes

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Central Townhomes community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention targets through proactive prospect engagement and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and manage the full leasing cycle from application to lease signing.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure they are ready for residents and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or sales with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to assess unit condition and coordinate maintenance actions.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with prospects, residents and internal teams.
