Leasing Professional - Central Townhomes

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our Central Townhomes community in Summerville, South Carolina. In this full‑time position you will drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing process from prospecting to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
• Coordinate marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Attention to detail for processing applications and preparing lease documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a community management team.
