Leasing Professional – Casa Capricorn

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Casa Capricorn community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and retention efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track leads, applications, and resident information.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a residential setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and confidence working with computers.
• Organized, task‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
