Leasing Professional – Cadia on the Loop

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Cadia on the Loop community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets through proactive leasing and resident‑service initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or property‑management sales.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure move‑in readiness.
