Leasing Professional – Brookridge Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for the Brookridge community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting to move‑in, while supporting resident retention and renewal efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and complete lease sign‑ups to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.
