Leasing Professional – Broadstone Rancho Belago

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Broadstone Rancho Belago community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing, marketing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track leads, applications, and resident information.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience with a strong sales and service background.
• Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 9 am–6 pm, with flexibility for business needs.
• Eligibility for a 40 % housing discount.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
