Leasing Professional – Broadstone Junction

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for its mid‑rise, stabilized community of 290 units at Broadstone Junction. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong sales and leasing experience with a focus on achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Ability to conduct property tours, process applications, and manage lease documentation.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Proactive in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic.
• Detail‑oriented with the capability to inspect units and coordinate maintenance tasks.
