About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Broadstone Jordan Ranch community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
- Manage lease renewals and work to retain existing residents.
Required profile
- Ability to greet and qualify prospects and conduct property tours.
- Capability to process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documentation.
- Attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
- Strong focus on resident satisfaction and retention.
