About the role

Join Greystar as a Leasing Professional for Bowery West, a garden‑style community in Charlotte, NC. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by managing the full leasing cycle from prospecting to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data in the on‑site property management system, tracking availability, traffic, and resident information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, able to manage multiple leasing activities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.

Required skills

• Experience using property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi).
• Proficiency with online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
