Leasing Professional – Aventura RTP

About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead the marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for the Aventura RTP community, a 330‑unit garden‑style property. Working Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends, you will help achieve occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality resident experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and resident move‑in process.
- Coordinate marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
- Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and lease documentation.
- Availability to work rotating weekends as required.
