Leasing Professional – Aventura Falcon Valley

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Aventura Falcon Valley, aiming to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing lease packages, and ensuring smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections.
