Leasing Professional – Avana Court

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for the Avana Court community in Duluth. You will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data on apartment availability, prospect traffic, and leasing activity using property management software.

Required profile

• Effective communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
