Leasing Professional – Avana Chase

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for its stabilized garden‑style community, Avana Chase. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in while ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities: greet prospects, qualify leads, give tours, show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to qualify and engage prospects.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance and marketing teams to ensure unit readiness and effective promotions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
