Leasing Professional – Avana Almaden Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Leasing Professional to join the Avana Almaden community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications.
• Perform credit screening, criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and leasing activity.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with strong customer service experience.
• Eligibility for a 40% housing discount and incentive‑based bonuses.
• Ability to work flexible hours (Tuesday‑Saturday schedule).
