Leasing Professional – Atlas Waterside

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for the Atlas Waterside community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while supporting resident retention through excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills to greet, qualify, and build relationships with prospects.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure accurate application processing and apartment readiness.
• Ability to stay informed on local market conditions and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
