Leasing Professional – Artemis at Spring Canyon

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Artemis at Spring Canyon community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards and ensure community presentation aligns with company quality guidelines.
