Leasing Professional – ART Tower

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the ART Tower community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are move‑in ready.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
