About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a stabilized community of 230 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets while delivering excellent customer service throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and close lease agreements to meet occupancy goals.
• Manage renewal processes and retain existing residents.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and community events to attract new renters.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide ongoing resident support and address inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in a residential setting.
• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible weekday hours (Thursday‑Monday, 9 am‑6 pm).
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• General computer literacy for leasing software and online platforms.
