Leasing Professional – Apartment Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Trestles Apartments community, ensuring high occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet occupancy goals, and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
