Leasing Professional – Anthem

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Anthem community will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities. You will guide prospects from initial contact through tours, applications, lease signing and move‑in, while also supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and handover process.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm readiness and coordinate any necessary preparations.
• Maintain resident satisfaction, address inquiries, and secure lease renewals to meet retention targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage applications, documentation and move‑in logistics.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Comfortable conducting credit and background screenings.
