Leasing Professional – Alta Wildhorse Ranch

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead all leasing activities for the Alta Wildhorse Ranch community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. This full‑time position works closely with marketing and property management teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience from prospect outreach through lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Implement renewal strategies and maintain resident relationships to achieve high retention rates.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote vacancies and support community events.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple leasing transactions simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a property‑management team.
