Leasing Professional – Alta Park Central

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Alta Park Central community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing, resident support and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Perform credit and criminal background checks, prepare lease documents and coordinate smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to engage prospects, conduct tours and manage the full leasing cycle.
• Strong attention to detail for unit inspections and lease documentation.
• Ability to stay informed on local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
