Leasing Professional – Alta Civic Station

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Alta Civic Station community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing activities and resident satisfaction support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing or property management with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market trends and competitive analysis.
• Ability to conduct thorough apartment inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Proven capability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive traffic and occupancy.
