Leasing Professional – Allora Alamo Heights

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Allora Alamo Heights community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show unit quality by daily inspections and adherence to company standards.

Required profile

• Strong sales and leasing orientation with a focus on achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and manage the leasing process end‑to‑end.
• Knowledge of credit screening, background checks, and lease documentation.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Experience designing and implementing marketing initiatives to drive traffic.
• Proficiency in using property management software to manage data and reporting.
