Leasing Professional – Allaso High Desert

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Allaso High Desert community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Ability to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Required skills
