Leasing Professional – Albuquerque

About the role

The Leasing Professional will manage all leasing activities for a Greystar community in Albuquerque. The role supports both full‑time and part‑time schedules, handling prospect outreach, tours, applications, and resident move‑ins while ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Required skills
