Leasing Professional – Albion on Northwest

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Albion on Northwest community in Palatine, Illinois. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Inspect units before move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
• Coordinate move‑in logistics and provide ongoing resident support to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Drive occupancy and revenue targets by executing effective leasing and renewal strategies.
