Leasing Professional – Albion on Northwest

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for the Albion on Northwest community in Palatine. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing, renewal, and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit quality by performing daily inspections and addressing any issues promptly.

Required profile
