Leasing Professional – Alamo Residences

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction at Alamo Residences. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting to move‑in, while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units to Greystar’s quality standards and support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to greet and qualify prospects.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Ability to stay informed on market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
• Basic knowledge of credit screening and background check processes.
