Leasing Professional – Alaire

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to join our Alaire community in Renton, WA. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle from prospecting to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and hand‑over.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness and coordinate any necessary repairs or preparations.
• Implement marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and apartment inspections.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and property‑management teams to achieve community goals.
