Leasing Professional – Agora Stone Oak

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at the Agora Stone Oak community. In this role you will drive leasing, marketing and resident retention efforts to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑in and lease signing, and inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm readiness.
• Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions, develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and follow community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Ensure show units and community spaces meet company standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Experience conducting tours, qualifying prospects, and processing leasing applications.
• Ability to perform credit and background checks and prepare lease documentation.
• Knowledge of market trends and ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
