Leasing Professional – Abrazo at Pathstone

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Abrazo at Pathstone community. This full‑time position focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Coordinate renewal strategies and secure lease renewals to maintain high retention rates.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the community and meet occupancy targets.
