About the role

Leasing Professional responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities including greeting prospects, qualifying, touring, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing lease packages and ensuring smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals through effective leasing activities.
• Attention to detail in apartment inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Awareness of market trends and competitor activity.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
