Leasing Professional – 54 Magnolia

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the 54 Magnolia community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention targets through proactive leasing, resident satisfaction and lease renewal initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and manage resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Experience performing sales and leasing activities in a residential property setting.
• Ability to qualify prospects, conduct tours and manage the full leasing cycle.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and ability to develop marketing strategies.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and lease documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with internet marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook and email campaigns.
