Leasing Professional – 505 Summit

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the 505 Summit community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through full‑cycle leasing and resident support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and ensure community presentation meets company quality guidelines.
