Leasing Professional – 3500 West View

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the 3500 West View community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets by guiding prospects through the leasing process and ensuring a positive resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, oversee smooth resident move‑ins and lease signings.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Experience conducting leasing activities and qualifying prospective residents.
• Ability to inspect and prepare apartments for occupancy.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Capability to design and implement marketing programs that drive traffic.
• Proficiency in using property‑management software to manage data and reporting.
