Leasing Professional – 23 Twelve

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for the 23 Twelve Luxe Apartments community. This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to ensure new residents move in smoothly and existing residents renew their leases.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
