Leasing Professional 2 – Community Leasing Role

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional 2 to join the Vista Williams Ranch community. In this position you will drive leasing activity, ensure resident satisfaction, and support lease renewals to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the maintenance and management teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
