Leasing Manager – Villas at 28th

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for the Villas at 28th community. This role ensures revenue and occupancy targets are met while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing and concessions.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies, leverage technology and property management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety standards.
• Inspect ready units, develop merchandising techniques, and promote the community to prospects.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing ratio reports to assess performance.
