Leasing Manager – The Jaxon

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing operations for The Jaxon community. The role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through effective marketing, sales, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, set rent pricing and concessions, and oversee daily leasing activities.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and execute print and online advertising campaigns, leveraging technology and property management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety, inspect “ready” units, and use merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to assess performance and adjust strategies.

Required profile

• Experience managing leasing operations in a residential community.
