Leasing Manager – The Arvon

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the marketing, sales, and leasing operations for The Arvon community. The role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing, and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and on‑site sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Create and execute print and digital advertising strategies using available technology and property management software.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure property appearance, safety, and unit marketability.
• Participate in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing ratio reports to assess performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing marketing, advertising, and sales activities for a residential community.
• Ability to monitor and interpret financial and leasing performance metrics.
• Experience working with maintenance teams to uphold property standards.
