Leasing Manager – Student Living

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for its Wexler student‑living community. The role focuses on driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention while ensuring the property meets Greystar’s standards for appearance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and adjust pricing, concessions, and incentives.
• Create and execute print and internet advertising strategies, leveraging technology and property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maintain property standards and enhance unit marketability through inspections, staging, and merchandising.
• Manage the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing, property marketing, or residential sales.
• Strong understanding of student‑living markets and competitor dynamics.
• Ability to interpret financial and performance data.
