Leasing Manager – Student Living (Atlanta, GA)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the student living community in Atlanta, GA. The role oversees marketing, advertising, sales activities, and the leasing team to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement pricing, concession, and incentive strategies.
• Create and manage print and internet advertising campaigns, leveraging technology and property management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance, safety, and readiness of apartments for leasing.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review and analyze financial reports to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies.
• Experience coordinating with maintenance and operations teams.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and occupancy objectives.
